Keep it tight on the river
The river is walled in by buildings and the rings are small. Don’t swing wide; hold the middle of the river.
Courses/Chicago
CHICAGO · USA
Loop around Navy Pier from Lake Michigan and dive into the Chicago River between the skyscrapers. Pass right beside Willis Tower, race through the downtown canyon and finish at Buckingham Fountain.

ROUTE
You start out over Lake Michigan and swing around the end of Navy Pier, which reaches far out into the lake.
Fly low west along the south side of the pier, right beside the Centennial Wheel, about 60 meters tall.
From the river mouth you enter the Chicago River, lined with skyscrapers. Thread the small ring in front of Trump Tower and continue to Wolf Point, where the river splits three ways.
Turn left at Wolf Point and head south. A small ring takes you just west of Willis Tower, 442 meters tall.
Turn east and fly low along Congress Parkway between the buildings. Head north up Michigan Avenue, pass over Cloud Gate, then turn south through Grant Park to finish at Buckingham Fountain.
STRATEGY
The river is walled in by buildings and the rings are small. Don’t swing wide; hold the middle of the river.
Where the river splits, you turn hard from west to south. Drift through it to charge G Turbo.
The smallest ring on the course comes right after that turn. Fire your turbo only once you have finished turning and lined up.
You head north at Cloud Gate, then south through Grant Park. Look for the next ring early.
