Privacy Policy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
This Privacy Policy sets out how user information is handled in GeoflyX (the "Service").
1. Information Collected
| Account information | The account identifier, email address, and name provided when signing in with Google or Apple. The email address is used to send notices about the account (such as confirmation of registration). The email address and name are not used for the rankings and are not made public. If you choose to hide your email address with Apple, it will be a relay address issued by Apple. |

Personal bests, ghosts, settings, and the Google Maps API key (if entered) are stored only on the user's device and are not collected by the Operator.
2. Purposes of Use
- Providing sign-in and the rankings
- Displaying flight records in other users' races
- Detecting and preventing improper records
- Sending emails about the account (such as confirmation of registration)
- Responding to inquiries
- Analyzing how the Service is used
- Maintaining and improving the Service
3. Information Made Public
Ranking names, times, and flight records are made public as rankings and are also displayed in other users' races. Email addresses are not made public.
4. Provision to Third Parties
Except as provided by law, personal information is not provided to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.
5. External Services
The Service uses the following external services, and connection information is sent to each provider during use. Each provider handles this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Storage Location
Information is stored in Firebase, provided by Google LLC. Ranking information is stored on servers in Japan (Tokyo). Account information may be processed on servers in the United States.
7. Retention and Deletion
- Account information and ranking information are retained until the account is deleted.
- Records held temporarily to carry them over from an in-app browser are deleted after 24 hours.
- Users can delete their account by selecting "Delete Account" on the title screen. When an account is deleted, all of its account information and ranking information is deleted.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service uses browser storage (including a cookie) to keep users signed in and to remember the display language. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads (see "9. Advertising").
The Service uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to analyze how the Service is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage information. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals. It is not used for Google signals or ad personalization.
- Users can refuse this collection by disabling cookies in their browser settings or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, cookies for analytics are not used until consent is given. Until then, only the minimum information needed to count usage is sent to Google, without using cookies.

9. Advertising
The Service may use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to the Service or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to the Service and/or other websites.
- Ads may also be served by third-party vendors and ad networks other than Google (list), which may also use cookies.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Users may also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or the vendor's website.
- Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies for advertising.

10. Requests for Disclosure, etc.
If an individual requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or similar action regarding their personal information, the Operator will respond in accordance with applicable laws after verifying the individual's identity.
