Privacy Policy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
This Privacy Policy sets out how user information is handled in GeoflyX (the "Service").
1. Information Collected
| Account information | The account identifier used when signing in with Google or Apple. For Google, this includes the email address. For Apple, the email address and name are not collected. |

Personal bests, ghosts, settings, and the Google Maps API key (if entered) are stored only on the user's device and are not collected by the Operator.
2. Purposes of Use
- Providing sign-in and the rankings
- Displaying flight records in other users' races
- Detecting and preventing improper records
- Responding to inquiries
- Maintaining and improving the Service
3. Information Made Public
Ranking names, times, and flight records are made public as rankings and are also displayed in other users' races. Email addresses are not made public.
4. Provision to Third Parties
Except as provided by law, personal information is not provided to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.
5. External Services
The Service uses the following external services, and connection information is sent to each provider during use. Each provider handles this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Storage Location
Information is stored in Firebase, provided by Google LLC. Ranking information is stored on servers in Japan (Tokyo). Account information may be processed on servers in the United States.
7. Retention and Deletion
- Account information and ranking information are retained until the account is deleted.
- Records held temporarily to carry them over from an in-app browser are deleted after 24 hours.
- Users can delete their account by selecting "Delete Account" on the title screen. When an account is deleted, all of its account information and ranking information is deleted.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. It uses browser storage (including a cookie) to keep users signed in and to remember the display language.
9. Requests for Disclosure, etc.
If an individual requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or similar action regarding their personal information, the Operator will respond in accordance with applicable laws after verifying the individual's identity.
10. Revisions
This Policy will be revised as necessary, and revisions will be published on this page.
